Process
At TRTD we serve our clients a full spectrum of interior design services that are tailored to each project’s specific needs. Our comprehensive design process consists of a few key elements that provide structure and organization to every project we encounter whether large or small. We support projects ranging in scale from interior design consulting, single room reinventions, full service residential packages, new builds and larger scaled commercial or hospitality spaces. Our aim is to encompass all levels of requirement. As a service driven firm, we are dedicated to providing an exceptional experience from consultation through installation and beyond.
We begin each project by identifying our client’s individual tastes and needs and channel their basic visual preferences into a cohesive, curated design scheme. We visit the site to quantify and understand the onsite parameters. We then dial in on the design directive and prepare mood boards alongside initial concept layouts and 3D renderings to establish a path to the final design schematic.
With the layout and visual direction established, we transition into the design development where we translate the initial concept into a personalized design. A budget is established. We continue with sourcing of products, fixtures and materials, preparation of specifications and construction drawings.
After the designs are approved, we start implementation. We handle all aspects of product procurement, assist in project management, we work directly with the architects, contractors and vendors as design concepts begin to take form. As orders arrive, we advance into the final phase which brings the design into fruition. During the final installation we style the space, and the final touches are put into place.
